Jennifer Phy, DO
Jaou-Chen Huang, MD
Jaou-Chen Huang, M.D. is a Board Certified OB-GYN with subspecialty board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
He is a tenured Professor at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Huang completed his medical education at the National Taiwan University College of Medicine. He then completed a research fellowship in Reproductive Biology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He completed his OB-GYN residency training at the Harlem Hospital Center, Columbia University, College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York, NY and a clinical fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, in Boston, MA.
Dr. Huang has been designated as a Women’s Reproductive Health Research Scholar by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD). He was inducted to the National Academy of Inventors in 2017. Dr. Huang specializes in the investigation and treatment of female infertility and hormonal issues, including polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, uterine fibroids and IVF.
Melissa Winn, MD
Melissa Winn, MD is a Board Certified OB-GYN. After receiving her medical degree from University of Texas in San Antonio, she completed her internship and OB-GYN residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. Dr. Winn has been in private practice in the Austin, Texas area since 2002.
Her particular interests include high-risk obstetrics and contraception. She strives to encourage comprehensive wellness and to help patients achieve their overall health goals.
